Connie Van Rhyn
Connie is a innovative thought leader with over 30 years of global experience with Fortune 50, startups and other organizations focused on creating sustainable, functional and inclusive work environments. Connie was the visionary for PepsiCo's Workplace Strategy and Sustainability team, transforming the global real estate portfolio, spearheading the alignment of people, technology and space with HR, IT, RE and ESG leadership. She was a inaugeral member of the DISC (Diversity and Incluson Steering Committee) and a founding member of PepsiCo's EnAble network. Connie partnered with the Engineering team to create PepsiCo's Sustainable Engineering Guidelines and Workplace Guidelines. Connie earned a BFA in Interior Design from Syracuse University and a MS from Pratt Institute. She is a CIDQ licensed designer, LEED AP, PROSCI Change Practitioner and CoreNet SLCR. Connie has presented at Worktech, CoreNet and IFMA WE events and participates in CoreNet NYC and CT/ Westcheter on several committees and is on the Board of Directors for the CT/ Westchester Chapter. She was a Community Manager while a Resident Advisor at Syracuse, supporting a community of ~200 (D1 athletes, graduate students and families, SUNY ESF students etc.).
