Hybrid isn’t hard, it’s new.

In early 2019 I stumbled on the phrase, the “future of work” and was intrigued. At that time the focus was squarely on the forthcoming impact of AI on jobs. I saw and felt something very different. I was struck with a vision that signaled a move towards a world of flexible work, and a distinct awareness of the urgent need to reimagine the norms, standards and behaviours of how we work together when physically apart.

The desire to solve for this problem set has pursued me since and is my driving motivation to enable all people to “sway” at work through the power of flexibility.
