Service Model Creation
All work in the organization is clarified through a service model. Job data is transformed into service data, including details like percent full-time equivalent (FTE), the customer benefiting, and key capabilities.
Cost and Value Assessment
The process calculates labor costs for humans and assigns a percentage for AI (if applicable). Attributes are identified to estimate each service's relative value. Using this value and FTE costs, a margin contribution can be calculated. This approach is fully transparent, regardless of whether the work is performed by humans or AI, and is scalable across the organization.
