About HumanCentric Labs

Pioneering Human and AI Integration
for Scalable Growth

Our Mission? To bring value to people and businesses

Our Purpose? To serve humanity

HumanCentric Labs empowers organizations to elevate human talent through AI integration

At the core of our model is the concept of Human Equivalence™—a framework that assigns AI tasks comparable to human roles, enabling both to work in harmony. With our TalentROI™ model, we quantify the value of human and AI resources, allowing companies to make informed, data-driven decisions that maximize return on investment and drive measurable outcomes.

The HCL Talent +AI Initiative

When and how much to integrate, measure, and value human and AI work to create a Competitive Advantage?

Our Story

Michael Grove Founded HumanCentric Labs (HCL) in 2022 as an ecosystem of Future of Work experts. These thought leaders meet monthly to listen to experts both inside and outside our community. The ecosystem began in 2008 as the Thought Leadership Team, or as we refer to as the “TLT”. The group was transferred to HCL from CollabWorks, Inc, by its Founder Michael Grove. The TLT legacy includes over 350 speakers during monthly one-hour sessions, and over 60 speakers as the host of Disrupthr events for the San Francisco Bay Area. We have included well-known speakers such as Josh Bersin, John Boudreau, John Hagel III, and Bob Johansen – and lesser known yet compelling speakers who are experts in leadership, workplace, human resources, organizational design, and change management.

In past two years the group have achieved valuable collaborative work including developing powerful human-centric transformation model that includes trust at the center of achieving motivation and value creation.

In the past year HCL has evolved from an ecosystem of FOW experts to now include a consultancy focused on leading edge topics including the next generation org design, the future of workplace, and the integration of humans (talent) and AI. We have developed a powerful 8 step transformational process that guides an organization from today’s early stages of AI implementation into a leaner, highly-adaptable organization where humans and AI thrive adding value to both the organization and the individual. Our mission – serve humanity
